Avery Chern has built a successful career as a Real Estate Agent, specializing in short-term rentals at Central Pacific Properties, with five years of experience under his belt. He is a natural go-getter who loves the challenge of finding the perfect house for each client. One of his mission is to make the process of finding a home easier and enjoy the returns on their investments while taking advantage of all the amenities these properties have to offer.
Passionate about turning people’s dream homes into reality, he uses Airbnb as a side business and grew it to full-time and is now awarded as one of the proud Superhost on Airbnb. He is also a business manager at Waiola Life for over 8 years and a co-owner of Nature Republic Hawaii.
Avery earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University in 2012.
Avery resides in Hawaii with his daughter and wife Niko Hu. During his time off from work, he enjoys snowboarding as his way to connect and experience nature.
